Dry Ice Ice-cream.

A group of my friends suggested making ice-cream using dry ice. Inspired by Heston, and we used a recipe more or less like this one:

So here’s our experiment:

Dry ice. Can get them for $4 a pack. Crush them until fine.

Add the finely crushed dry ice to any liquid you want to make into ice-cream. We Β chose Baileys.

The bowl does get very cold. I put it in my thinner glass bowl, and it cracked T___T

After a while, keep stirring, it combines and becomes a mixture with a gelato texture.
